Account eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your account credentials secure. We may reject or suspend accounts that abuse signup or verification workflows, attempt to bypass plan limits, or submit automated abuse traffic.
Plan and billing terms
A valid subscription is required for verification use, and credits are tied to the plan that is currently active on the account. When subscriptions are canceled or revoked, access can be reduced or paused.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam, harvest addresses, run illegal scraping, probe systems you do not control, or interfere with the platform. We can rate limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that create risk or abuse.
Data and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content and uploaded data. We keep operational logs, verification results, and account records only as needed to run the service, provide support, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Email verification reduces risk but cannot guarantee mailbox deliverability, future inbox placement, or third-party behavior.
