What counts as a credit?

One credit = one email address verified. Single and bulk verifications use one credit each.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes! Unused credits carry over month to month indefinitely.

What is a catch-all domain?

Some mail servers accept all incoming email regardless of whether the mailbox exists. We detect and flag these.

Can I use SMTP checking?

Yes — pass smtp=true in your API call. Note: this takes longer and some servers block SMTP probes.
